When checking the air filter in my glove compartment, I told him I wasn't sure what it would look like when it was ready to change and he asked if I'd like to see one to compare it to. He went and got another air filter he had changed out earlier so now I know what to look for. When I left, 3 different employees told me to have a good day. I have told multiple people since I left how wonderful Valvoline is. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I showed up. As clearly this is a trend with this location. I live closer to this one but NEVER will I be back!! Got here around 10:30 on a Sunday. I was next in line on 3rd bay. It was my turn to get inside the bays but because the person on bay 2 was there before be I was told to move my car so they could get in. Someone now has arrived at bay 1 and I'm waiting now at bay 2. Bay one was done and instead of letting me go "next" they just pulled the person in bay one up. I was then told he was here first which is not true and that the lady just arrived in bay 3 was also there before me. I waited 30 mins just to not be seen. This place is terribly run and not organized. I'd rather drive to ANY other city to get a oil change then to come here. Don't waste your time unless you wanna be here for an hour between waiting and your oil change.

TL;DR: This team is honest and professional, and never before have I received this kind of premium service and attention from Terrence specifically. I will be coming back. Service anywhere else would be a step down. The amount of relief I felt from this servive is immeasurable. I called place after place looking for someone who could do a drain and fill on my sealed transmission (thanks, Chevy). Valvoline not only could, but offered the best price with full transparency. Other places I called only gave me a price range, up to 100$ more for the same service! But not at Valvoline, because hosesty is their best policy. They do a great job at keeping track of who is next in line for all 3 of the bays, so even if you get stuck behind one, they make sure you can switch to the open one when it's your turn. Terrance listened to my requests for a drain and fill on my transmission as well as an oil change and he made sure I got everything I needed according to the manufacturer. Never once was I uncharged or pressued into buying something I didn't need. He was not only informative about the services they offer, but brief on the ones that I was not due for yet. Other places I have been to before have made it sound like I would explode if I didn't replace every part in my car, spending hundreds more than necessary - but not at Valvoline. This team works so well together, swapping from car to car and coordinating procedures. They do everything in front of you so you know it is done right. They were fast but never sacrificed speed for accuracy. Go get your car serviced at Valvoline if you want it done quick, done right, and done at the lowest price that doesn't suddenly spike as they work on your car.
