This was our first event at The Vault and it was outstanding! We are a local event planning company and we were looking for a unique venue to host an event for one of our VIP clients. The venue is setup perfect, indoor bar, game room, conference room, spacious floor for plenty of seating, AV available for a presentation, outdoor kitchen with a great patio, etc., etc. The staff is awesome, thank you Holly, Brian and Dean for all your help in making this a huge success for us! We are way behind on writing our reviews for the amazing services we used for our wedding day, but we absolutely want to be sure we praise the wonderful experience we had from start to finish using Veloce – The Vault for our wedding and reception. My husband and I while planning our wedding knew that we didn’t want to go into debt just to get married, so when we found The Vault, we knew that our goals of having our dream wedding and reception were actually attainable. Initially when you hear that it is a classic car storage facility, you wouldn’t think to consider it as a wedding venue, but when you walk in it is absolutely that. The beautiful long bar out on the patio with a fire pit and seating, U-Shaped wooden bar inside with all the essentials, large space for tables and chairs and dancing, a stage for band/DJ or sweetheart table, TVs for any media you would like to have running during your event, even a game room with pool, Pacman and pinball! The Events Manager, Holly, initially offered her office in the back as a space for me to get my dress on and get ready, but she had actually turned a different space into the cutest little room to get ready in, all equipped with a mirror, great lighting and décor, a couch and side table and even an ice bucket and glasses for champagne. All of the personal touches Holly did to go above and beyond were so greatly appreciated and did not go unnoticed. Holly was absolutely incredible to work with. She was very communicative and willing to work with us on many different things to stay within our budget. From the very beginning she offered us a preferred vendors list that we ended up choosing our food and beverage services from, and they both were very professional and did a perfect job. A few months before our wedding Holly reached out to let us know that they were now offering very nice wooden tables and chairs as a part of their rental packages and man, did that come in handy! The ease of not having to contract an outside vendor to bring in tables and chairs was huge and so worth it. When my husband and I first toured The Vault, we entered through their cute little garden off to the side of their outdoor patio, and we both thought it would be the perfect place to hold our small wedding ceremony! It ended up working out perfectly for our small 50-person group, and Holly and the Owner were both excited for this idea as no one had ever used the garden for a wedding ceremony. We utilized the large wooden door as our “alter” and it ended up being beautiful. Again, we just want to thank Holly and all the folks at Veloce – The Vault for the hospitality and outstanding service to help create the most beautiful and memorable day for my husband and I. This venue is literally perfect for any occasion, whether its 50 people or 150 people, and we would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone!
