A Sweet and Social Sunday with Community Cakes, Farmers Market Finds, and Family Fun at Vizcaya Village Farmers Market. THE SOUTH FLORIDA CAKE SWAP SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 14 2025| 11AM - 3PM. I only gave it four stars because all the cakes were out in the open and the sun was too hot. Some of the cakes melted.

Vizcaya Museum & Gardens is absolutely beautiful — a true gem in Miami that feels like stepping into a European palace surrounded by lush, tropical gardens. The architecture, the art, and the peaceful ambiance make it a must-see. But what makes it even more special is that every Sunday, they host a vibrant marketplace featuring local vendors. You’ll find delicious food, handmade crafts, clothing, natural hair products, and so much more. It’s a perfect mix of culture, creativity, and community. Whether you’re going for the stunning views or the Sunday market, don’t miss the chance to spend a Sunday here with your family. It’s a unique experience that blends history, beauty, and local flavor — highly recommended!

I’d say 3.5 stars. Great variety of items, especially MondEpice Spices & Teas. Nice selection of food vendors too. Watch out for the prices.. a lot of vendors do not show or list their prices so when you go to pay for your $25 arepas (we got two so it was $50) you’re slapped with an overpriced side of couscous and a side of tabbouleh for $16 EACH. Some of the tents have prices listed on signs but are crossed out. Some transparency would be nice.

This Farmer's Market is very welcoming and has a great array of veggies, fruits, soap, clothing and handmade goods and trinkets. There are also a few stands serving hot food. The only downside is it is one of the smaller markets I've been too in the Miami/Broward area- we only spent about 25 minutes here. That being said, it's still worth a visit. We tried the smoothie station called Blend Bike (which had the longest line out of all the stands when we arrived). Their "Refreshing AF" was a great dragon fruit and mint based smoothie. The appeal of the smoothie stand is getting to ride a bike to power blend your own smoothie. It's a little funny to do in front of the line of customers but the associate working the stand can take your place if you'd rather not ride the bike. This market is in the parking lot that belongs to Vizcaya Museum so it's a great stop before enjoying the museum and gardens right across the street on a Sunday.

First time coming here. Lots of parking and shade everywhere. It's a small farmers market. There was only 1 produce, jewerly, clothing, soap scrub and flower vendor. The rest was food items and other vegan and bread makers. We did try the dim sum and it was very good. We also purchased Kombucha, Fresh juice (Island chill) from a Jamacian vendor who also sold Curry Garbanzo beans (tasted great). The peacocks were an addition to this beautiful place. There was a seating area and bathrooms. There was a yoga class going on also during this event. Maybe next time I do yoga first then enjoy the fresh market again. Cash and cards accepted.
