We came to Vox for an 8 PM reservation specifically because we were told we could sing songs in other languages. Unfortunately, it took nearly 30 minutes for the staff to get things set up, and the person helping us seemed visibly annoyed with us throughout. We booked 2 hours, but right at 10 PM, we were given a 5-minute warning—even though there were clearly multiple empty rooms available. We had to push back just to get the full time we paid for. On top of that, the room was so hot and stuffy the whole time, which made it uncomfortable. The karaoke system itself was decent, but the service and atmosphere left a lot to be desired.

We planned dinner in I-district and wanted to do karaoke after. The karaoke places in Capitol Hill and u-district are overcrowded especially if you don’t book well in advance. This place had plenty of room at 8pm and you could probably walk in. The staff is very nice and so are the rooms! Song selection and prices are very reasonable. I’ll be coming back.

We had a blast here before going on our cruise! The staff, (Oscar & William) were incredibly helpful! Their customer service was top notch! They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed with regards to drinks, and songs! They were also very helpful guiding us through the technicalities of using the karaoke machine in our room. We had a great time here!

Checked out this spot for some solo karaoke after work to see if it'll be right for hosting my birthday party! Had a great time in a small room and booked the medium room for a later date for the party. English song selection was good! It was hit or miss for some obscure songs but had most popular songs, including some surprising throwbacks. Had all kinds of genres and if you can sing more than English, they also had Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Spanish, and SO much more. The system was super easy to use and William was very helpful in getting my set up. For food, they have some convenience store snacks both Chinese and American, as well as some tots, chicken nuggets kind of thing. Nothing crazy. It'd be cool if they level this up in the future! No hard alcohol, only beer, wine and soju but I felt like their selection was nice and more than enough. Entrance is a little funky. I've posted a picture of what the outside of the building looks like and then you walk to the back past a game store on your left, down a half flight stairs under the big VOX sign. I'll update after my party if there's anything worth note to add ✨

Went with my friends yesterday after dinner in Chinatown, we found this place surprisingly fantastic! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, massive song selection and the system is smooth and easy to use! The private karaoke room was clean and spacious, with great lighting to set the mood. They also got fun decoration on Christmas tree😁😁😁 Staff were friendly and services were great, went through a short tutorial for us on how system works. They don’t have much selection on snacks but the tastes were delicious. Definitely going to come back again!
