I just left and was shocked that I was charged $144 for a gel pedicure and manicure. The service was OK at best. I don’t mind paying higher prices and a preset gratuity if the atmosphere and service warrant it. The whole time I was there there was nonstop talk between the different techs and it was extremely disappointing. People come to the nail salon to relax, and that certainly was not relaxing.. If you’re going to charge these fees, please consider offering water and requesting that staff allow the people there to enjoy their service without a constant chatter. I understand why they charge that automatic 20% now will not be back

This was my first time here and I felt a little worried because there were some negative reviews. However, I booked all the right services as a new client (including time for acrylic removal and full set, just in case they wanted to redo mine entirely). My nail tech let me know that he could do a few more fills before I would need a new set, so I appreciate that he was honest and reduced my services as appropriate and needed! I haven’t found any nail places that do custom art, so I went in very open minded for a “freestyle”. My nail tech said he was confident he could do what I wanted. I showed him an inspo pic and I picked out my colors — I feel like he did an even cuter set on me 😊 He truly took his time on the art and the service never felt rushed. I appreciated that he applied a second coat for my green tips since the color I chose was very light. I’m not at all bothered by the automatic gratuity because this profession is often not tipped. Nail techs undergo a lot of training and this profession is very intense labor for their hands, so I really appreciate the craft. I will attach photos of my nails and the inspo. 10/10 I’ve found my new regular place! Will be returning again.

Do not recommend this place at all. I havent written a review in so long but I feel the need to call this place out. My biggest regret is not checking the yelp page and seeing the reviews. This is the last time I will fall for an Instagram ad… TLDR this place is a price gouging SCAM This place is ridiculously overpriced. I got a hard gel manicure with a design on my NATURAL nails and it cost me $210… ridiculous. Keep in mind when I booked online it was $80 + design. Who could’ve known my *complicated* French nails would be an extra $130… There are many hidden fees including MANDATORY 20% gratuity that they are not upfront about at all The manicure prep was odd itself. No cuticle pushing or soaking… and she clipped the cuticles after apply the gel base already?? Lots of messy paint of skin and chips as well… I’m not saying the women here aren’t talented, but I think they’re charging way too much for designs you can get anywhere. I was quoted a price and then halfway through the set she changed the design on me. I wanted to leave but obviously as she had started painting I couldn’t just walk out Not to mention… the brand of nail polish and hard gel being used isn’t even salon quality…. It’s BEETLES brand which is available on Amazon I also want to say as someone who understands Vietnamese this place is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Hearing them discuss rates so causally based on the client and not an actually system was jarring. So unprofessional I’m incredibly frustrated and this place makes me not want to ever get my nails done again. First time I’ve ever left a nail appointment almost in tears

Update from 11/6: I had originally rated this place 5 stars but I had my nails done today at it was pretty okay: Happy with everything except this design… I had asked for checkerboard and I’m not too impressed with this. Still had to pay full price but it is what it is! Was happier with my previous visit My first time there: I love this place! I had never gotten a manicure before and wanted to treat myself; I did a lot of research and thought I’d give Vybrant a try (SO glad I did!). The place was clean and calming and all the staff were so kind. The technician who did my nails was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness and really helped me to find a design and color I love. Pricing was very very reasonable and definitely worth it for such a great experience. I will definitely be back!!

I have been coming here for years and there's a reason I always come back! The quality and staff of Vybrant are truly unmatched. My nails always look so so good, and last a long time (I am a bartender and put my nails through a lot). I honestly can't get my nails done anywhere else because it's just not the same. Shoutout to Jade, Timmy, Jolie for their artistry on numerous special occasions in my life! I can't tell you how much I appreciate everyone at Vybrant for always taking great care of me, never rushing and going above and beyond to make my vision (and crazy designs) come to life! ❤️
