The food here is delectable and the decor and views are enjoyable; however, the outstanding feature about the dining experience here is the staff. Service here was top notch when my family of five visited Wagyu House. Two people in particular who stood out were Vickie the host and our server Mitch. Vickie was the friendliest most engaging host and really made us feel very welcome. She especially made sure my kids felt like they belonged and had a great time. She put us at a table with an amazing view too! Mitch carried on that theme at our table. His knowledge of the menu was excellent and each of his recommendations were spot on. He made suggestions for which cuts looks best that day, and he was right each time. Top blade was so tasty and melted in your mouth. Mitch knew it was our first time and went through everything with us in great detail, and because of him it will not be our last. We will come back time and time again, yes for the delicious food, but especially for the service.

Anniversary date and experience and food was amazing. Our server was the best. Friendly and super knowledgeable. Food was top tier for quality in my opinion. We pretty much tried everything we could until we couldn’t. Got to snag some ice cream and fruit bowls to go which was great. Loved the rooftop as well. We definitely will make this a return dining spot for us. Our reservation was pretty early around 530 so it was quiet and not a lot of people. By the time we got ready to leave around 730 it was packed. I like the quiet and ability to move around with less people. That part is definitely personal preference. I will stick to an earlier reservation.

My friends and I got a reservation and was not disappointed. Of course we all know the food was great but the service was amazing. We originally had booked an outdoor reservation but the pop-up summer afternoon rain storm was determined to ruin our meal. The staff quickly moved us indoors and got us a table and reset our time to eat which was amazing. We really were impressed with our server Jasmine who was quick to help us with whatever we needed and was very personable with us. Aside from the amazing food, I recommend coming here for amazing accommodations by the staff. The rooftop views were amazing to see the entire Atlanta skyline.

Karissa was amazingly helpful as our sever/hostess. My husband's first time and she made our experience unforgettable. Thank you Karissa. We appreciate your kindness. Ok. The experience was great! Id like to also give a shout out to the manager BIN for being open and receptive to our concern about the (misleading) advertisement about an item on the menu. (Dumpling picture o. Menu looks steamed but comes fried with a crusted batter). Overall the view, the service and experience was amazing.

Would I Return? Absolutely. I arrived without a reservation during sunset and was initially told only two parties were ahead of us. While waiting, we enjoyed drinks on the patio, though our seating was delayed nearly two hours and a private event closed the patio area off . Admittedly, my first impression was less than favorable—until our server, Alan, turned the experience around. Alan’s exceptional hospitality made the wait worthwhile. He expertly guided us through the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and created a welcoming atmosphere. The food itself was outstanding—generous portions and every dish was delicious. The cocktails were also impressive, perfectly balanced yet delightfully strong. **Final Thoughts:** - **Reservations?** Highly recommended to avoid delays. - **Food:** 5/5 – Flavorful, abundant, and well-prepared. - **Drinks:** 5/5 – Potent and expertly crafted. - **Service:** 10/10 – Alan alone is reason enough to return! Despite the initial hiccup, the outstanding service and exceptional dining experience ensured I’ll be back.
