We ordered 2 custom cakes for a banquet today. Our baker met us and went through all of the options available and produced a delicious item for everyone one to eat and enjoy. We order 2, 2 tier cakes with all of the graduate's names written on them. Everyone at the banquet was excited to see their names in cake! What a horrible place. The prices here are better, but the service is terrible. I've been waiting three hours for them to replace my tires, and they haven't even started yet. The worst part is that they have so many employees and they don't do anything My best option was to buy the tires and put them somewhere else. I sat outside waiting for my curbside order for a while. I called them 4 times and they didn't answer once. This led me to park elsewhere and walk inside (the exact activity I chose to avoid by opting in for curbside pick up). While inside I was blindly walking until Ernesto, (had an asset protection vest on) quickly approached me. Instead of telling me where to go, he took the time to walk across the store, locate and gather my order, and handed it to me. For what seems to take multiple departments and unanswered calls, Ernesto quick did by himself. Yall need to get like Ernesto.
