** Edit** My lenses had a defect between the layers that was covered by warranty. I reported the defect 3/27 and was assured new frames would be in their way within 7-10 days. During that time, I started having migraines from the impediment to my vision. After 14 full business days went by, I contacted them and was told my order was on Hold, for no reason and was told ANOTHER 7-10 days but more like 4-6, as they assured me my order had been expedited. That was exactly a week ago and I just got an email informing me that my glasses are just now in production!!!! They gave me a $50 refund but that doesn’t even begin to cover the hassle and distress this has caused. If I had known the warranty and customer service would be this inefficient, I would have ordered new elsewhere and had them faster! Reducing my rating to one star, this scenario has completely soured my opinion of Warby Parker and I would NOT recommend. Unique frame styles, fantastic service. Very helpful finding narrow/petite frames that suited me. and decent turn around (10days) for progressives. 6mo warranty on lenses and very fair pricing, especially for progressives.
