Love this location and the entire staff. Our toddler really enjoys her weekly swim lesson and is quickly becoming such a confident swimmer. They provide subtle but sweet celebratory wristbands when they move up levels in their swim journey and provide regular updates evaluating progress. They are experts in getting kids comfortable and ready to swim on those days when kids are hesitant to get in the pool. They know just what to do to turn their moods around. Highly recommend!

I recently joined the adult swimming classes at the Anderson Lane branch of Waterloo, and even though it’s only been about 5–6 sessions, I’m amazed at the progress I’ve made — especially as someone who was once really scared of water. Max has been the best instructor I’ve ever had. He’s incredibly patient, breaks down techniques into simple steps, and supports me through every part of the learning process and cheers me up for small wins. Max, you’re truly amazing and the amazing instructor one can get. I’m so glad I signed up, and I look forward to every class and the new things I get to learn from you.:)

We switched to Waterloo from a different swim school and it’s been a night and day difference. Our son is in the toddlers class with and has been showing incredible improvements on a weekly basis. Alex is a phenomenal instructor and our son lights up when he sees her. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend Waterloo to other parents without hesitation. Thanks to Alex and the rest of the staff for making swim lessons such an enjoyable experience!

We just started our kid in the toddlers’ class a few weeks ago, but we’re already seeing her grow! The instructor is clearly knowledgeable, very patient, and makes the class enjoyable, even when the kids are fussy or chaotic. Very excited to see how much our toddler learns about pool safety!

Both of my grandsons had coach Josh at one time or another. He has a great rapport with the kids and they learned quickly with him!
