Why Weather Up is a fun option when searching for things to do near me with friends and family

Weather Up is a sleek, user-friendly weather app designed to bring essential weather information directly to your iPhone or iPad home screen through high-quality, interactive widgets. With its innovative widget design, Weather Up differs from traditional weather apps by offering a graphical line that displays daily high and low temperatures alongside rain forecasts. This makes it visually intuitive and easy to plan your day. Users particularly value the interactivity, allowing them to tap on specific days to get detailed hourly weather data, such as the timing of rainfall. Additionally, the app supports multiple forecast sources, including Apple Weather, AccuWeather, and AerisWeather, giving users the flexibility to choose the most reliable data for their location or even compare forecasts side-by-side via multiple widgets on the home screen. Beyond widgets, Weather Up provides a radar map front and center in the main app, featuring global coverage, weather watches, warnings, and up to 10-day forecasts. The app also extends its functionality to the Apple Watch, delivering glanceable weather complications and full app support. It’s a great choice for anyone who values clean, efficient, and visually appealing weather updates, and is particularly praised for its minimalist design and responsiveness on iOS devices.

Great cocktail bar in Tribeca. Even when the bar is busy its pretty easy to have a conversation, which is nice. The cocktail menu has great options, but I recommend doing bartender's choice at least once. The staff is very good–last time I was there Kenny provided great service. I wasn't quite sure what I was in the mood for but he was really nice and asked good questions about what sorts of things I typically like–which resulted in an excellent drink.

Best bar experience I’ve had so far! Loved the chill jazzy vibes, great music, delicious drinks. Sam had the best recommendations and made a very refreshing Expat, definitely plan to come again!

Cocktail in Tribeca. Great drinks. I enjoyed the Living on a Prayer quite a bit! If you like tequila with a little spice, it is a nice take on that. The place is really loud even when it isn't that crowded though.

Nice cocktail bar, interesting cocktails, mellow vibe (but it's also just a Tuesday night). Not a pub or sports bar, limited nibbling snack (though the sardines and chips were quite good). Friendly staff, better still when they handled a small situation graciously, beyond what I expected, so a positive experience. Would come back, but probably after dinner.
