The company prides itself on its customizable menu where customers can tailor their Whataburger with options such as grilled jalapeños, extra bacon, and three slices of cheese. This flexibility ensures that each order caters to individual tastes, making it a great meeting spot for friends who enjoy diverse preferences. Beyond its classic beef burgers, Whataburger offers non-beef options including the Whatachick'n sandwich and a hearty breakfast menu featuring biscuits, pork sausage, bacon, and eggs, served during morning hours. Terrible location. I ordered breakfast online at 10:54am. I drove to pick it up and was greeted with a “when did you place this order?” They tried to say they got it in at 11:17 which is not true. I showed them my confirmation email and he saw the time it should be ready by which was 11:05 and he said “ I was right 11:05 “ and I had to explain to him that was the pick up time and showed him the time the confirmation email went through. Very rude when trying to explain it to him. Instead of just making it they decide to come back and tell me they put the breakfast away and I need to get a refund elsewhere through the app. Good customer service would honor the time I’m showing them and just make the meal? It was one sandwich I don’t see the issue. It also wasn’t far off from the time breakfast ended. If I was able to order it why can’t you make it?

1June2024 This was my second time in 2 yrs visiting a Whataburger and it was the same as when I first visited another location when traveling out of McAllen, Texas. The burgers and cheese melt were good, big(like most food portions in Texas)we had no desire to finish it all. Jazz took our order and she was super fam and welcoming. She made for a great take out order taker. She was patient and informative by explaining to my daughter(her 1st time at a Whataburger)what was on a patty melt and politely inputting what my daughter did not want on her patty melt. Fabulous experience over all.

Been to this location numerous times because it is closest to me. EVERY time our order is wrong. I can deal with a few mistakes but our food is consistently incorrect. Last night my order was not only wrong again, but the portion sizes were ridiculous. Photo shows two of my 9 count wings that were almost pea sized. My partners grilled chicken sandwich has given a chicken filet that was only 1.5” wide and about 3” long! More bun than chicken by a long shot. Manager said this was standard, despite showing her photos on the WB app with the same sandwich sporting a full sized chicken breast. While she was accommodating enough to remake both our meals, I can’t say I will ever return to this location

I normally enjoy Whataburger, but this recent visit was disappointing. The service was incredibly slow my order took over 30 minutes, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. When I finally got my food, parts of the order were wrong and the staff didn’t seem too concerned about fixing it. No apology, no urgency just bad attitude all around. The team seemed unorganized and distracted, with employees standing around talking instead of helping customers and nobody seemed to be in charge. Whataburger is usually known for decent service and quality, but this location really missed the mark. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this kind of experience makes people think twice about coming back. Except homie in the drive thru he was chill at 2:28am

Food wasn't even close to the quality of our Whataburger's where I live, as well as work for that matter... And only 1 out of 3 visits for our lunches while we were they're was up to par while I was there work. But, to be fair, it was still better than most of the alternative fast food joints .. even if the others had been up to general standard expectations. So, ultimately, I don't recommend this location specifically.
