Dallas gem. Beautiful lake with lots of wild life in and around the water. Well paved trail around the lake with ample room for walking, running, and/or biking. Port o potties about every mile or so along the trail that are cleaned regularly. Several dog parks along the trail.

Absolutely loved the lake and the trail loop! Being out of town, it was an amazing experience with the good weather, the amazing cyclist and walkers/runners, and the views were just beautiful. I walked the whole loop that was 9.7 miles and loved every moment. If you’re looking for an easy and fun adventure and find yourself in the Dallas area, well worth to check out. 10/10 recommend.
