Best Whole Foods near me by far. However, this WF has the worst employees ever. They avoid you and can be a bit abrasive. Of course it’s not all of them but it really stands out. I said excuse me to a young lady and she walked by me. I said it loud enough. I had to get her attention again. A refrigerated meats department guy didn’t really want to deal with me when I had a product availability question on another occasion. On another occasion I had to wait forever to get help at the customer service area. They weren’t even friendly. Two other people were waiting. Everything they sell is here. It’s a pretty big store and it’s new. Parking is free. It’s in a structure. There are elevators you can take to the lower level of the structure where it’s usually empty. The only thing I don’t like is that the store is busy and the cash register area is kind of chaotic.

I’m gonna share my worst service experience from this morning(15/Apr/2025). So, I’m a traveler from Asia and used to live in the U.S., but it’s been a while since I’ve been back, so I’m not really up to speed with the recent customs here. If I mess up in what I’m about to say, I apologize in advance. I found a coffee stand for takeout in a store, and I wanted some coffee for breakfast. There was a big guy with a beard working there, but he didn’t seem to care that I was standing at the register. I tried to get his attention, but he didn’t respond, so I called out again and he told me to wait. After that, I ordered a cappuccino, and when he asked about the milk, I requested soy milk. He said they only had oat milk besides regular milk, so I went with regular milk. When it came time to pay, I had the option to tip, but since it was a self-service cafe and the guy’s attitude wasn’t great, I chose not to leave a tip. He asked if I wanted a receipt, and I said yes. He took his time checking the receipt before handing it to me. I thought it was weird that he was staring at it so closely, but I figured he just wanted to see if I tipped or not. Then he started making my cappuccino and pulled the espresso shot. At one point, I noticed the espresso was spilling out of the cup and not actually going in. He eventually fixed the cup and poured the espresso in, but it looked like there was definitely less than there should have been. He added the milk, but then he did something else that I’ve never seen before. He added hot water to the cup for the milk foam and steamed it. I was shocked that he would add hot water to make the foam because I thought that would just water down the coffee. But he didn’t seem to care and poured that watery foam into my drink. When he handed me the cappuccino, he placed it way at the far end of the counter, far from where I was standing. I felt like I was being totally messed with. I took a sip, and found it was exactly what I expected—a weak cappuccino that didn’t taste like coffee at all. I ended up tossing it when I got back to my hotel, even though I had paid for it. I wanted to have a nice morning with breakfast from Whole Foods, but thanks to him, my mood was ruined. Do you really have to tip at a self-service cafe? Is that the only way to avoid getting bad coffee? This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. I can’t help but wonder if he treated me poorly because I’m Asian. If that’s the case, that’s just awful. On the bright side, the cashier at the grocery store before getting coffee was super nice, and the stock clerk I met yesterday was really friendly too.

The market is huge and offers something for every taste. The selection of different products is hard to keep track of. The products are all in good condition, fresh and taste excellent. The price-performance ratio is very good. I think it's great that there is free seating after the checkout, both indoors and outdoors, where you can eat in peace.

I have been in many Whole Foods Markets all over California. This location is designed to have a spacious feeling. It's very clean and organized. There is tons of security everywhere. We will definitely return to this location another day. They have parking in the building or public street. Both charge for parking.
