I can’t believe I just spent 18 dollars + tax and tip on this lifeless avocado toast with oxidized pre-made avocado spread (bought at some store?) served by a pretentious “server” without courtesy or a smile (or cutlery). Coffee is average. Service is bad - they seem unhappy. I wonder why? Internet requires giving your information. I mean, come on. Just give me the WiFi. But the crowd sitting here doesn’t seem to value the concept of spending money on bad quality food.

My wife and I discovered their coffee about a year ago when we were exploring Whole Foods for a new coffee blend to be our daily driver. We found Bluebon, which is one of their blends. It was some of the best coffee we have ever brewed. Since then we have been consistently loyal to the brand, but recently we discovered there was a location locally, in Los Angeles. We made our way over and to our delight, It was one of the best experiences we have had. 1. Sure this is a coffee shop. They make some solid options but their menu is limited, choosing quality over quantity. Their pastries are good too. But you come here for the coffee! 2. This place roasts their beans on site. If you get there at the right time you can actually see them doing it 3. The vibe is very welcomingand calming. The staff was patient, friendly, and helpful. We will be returning!
