Captain Dave gave our family one of the best memories ever! He was able to accommodate my father with a Parkinson disability and 4 others at the same time! The fish were biting and he was busy making sure everyone was attended and able to fish easily. My sister caught the big fish of the day giving her the bragging rights which she has had fun with. You will have a great experience with Wind Knot!

The fishing itself was very good. Lots of fish and good weather combined for a very good start. The knowledge of our experienced captain/guide turned the good ingredients into great. We had multiple opportunities to catch the silvers and with several double hookups and very little wait time between strikes we were limited out quickly. He obliged us with fishing some for flounder which was new and fun and throughout the beautiful morning he shared his knowledge of the area, the puget sound and the history that led to our fishing opportunities. He is a kind and good man with integrity and lots of fishing expertise. A great choice for our family!!

Dave was a great captain for our party of 4! We were on fish throughout the entire morning, he always ensured we had poles in the water and were taken care of. We plan to book him again for a fall salmon run!

We took a client out fishing with Capt. Dave the last week in August. Everything was perfect from the professional transaction to the smallest details. Dave put us on fish all day and was very helpful in making sure we were always in the water. The style of fishing was exactly what we were looking for. As most charters you troll for the fish, you don't actually set the hook or work the rod. With Wind Knot, you get the true fishing experience of working for the fish with your own rod and reel. We caught a large variety of Salmon from Pinks to Silvers to Kings. Everything was first class and well maintained. He even stopped and let us check out a killer whale for awhile which was a first for us. I would highly recommend Wind Knot Salmon for fishing in the Seattle area.

The ONLY salmon guide you will want to consider fishing the Puget Sound with. Took my dad and I out for a AM charter, which was a breeze to book even for my 70 year old father. Dave welcomes any and all (Fishers, non-fishers, seattle-ites and out of towners alike). Cap't Dave was easily accessible by phone to answer all questions personably and professionally. He was on-time at the dock with a friendly smile and quick to get us out on the water. The depth of knowledge Dave has as a fisherman and a captain combined can not be compared to other charters. The boat a high quality gradywhite which is clean, quiet, and smooth. From the moment we got on the water we were put on fish. The method was simple and even a non-fishing person would have a great day out on the boat. Dave has everything covered from rain gear, bait, and tackle. The best part of the day was when we hooked up and caught a triple, 3 salmon at once. Those kind of experiences and moments do not happen on every charter. We will be back and I'd strongly urge you to look no further and just book Wind Knot with Cap't Dave.
