I have a relative that currently stays there and she and other residents have told me about the rodent infestation there. Management is very very negligent. And if you complain about the infestation of rodents within the walls they do have the tendency to retaliate. Overall looks really nice on the outside but in the inside it's overrun with rodents

OK so the community is nice but expect to be harassed by the security thats a guarantee. Yes I get it that there has been crime but get out of your cars and walk around your security is to lazy and very quick to call authorities on you.

Senior community with its typical issues. Suppose to be for independent seniors. They miss the mark on that. Too many need to be in assisted living, due to physical and mental issues. The HOA is way too high, the condos are cheap for a reason. You can hear everything. MOTEL 6. Some love it, alot dont. Its a twight zone. High amount of dogs, and smoking is allowed in your home, and everyone else smells it. Ugh. Garages far away from homes. Alot of plumbing issues. You are encouraged not yo use your disposal. Homeowners out number renters. Average 2 car thefts a month. I suggest renting before buying. On the plus side the beautiful trail. The activities.
