I attend New and Full Moon Healing Sessions they have here for those in the black community. Each time there is something magical. We did a full body deep energetic cleansing in September’s Full Moon! I felt so light and free. On the New Moons they always do some kind of Sound Bath with the Crystal Singing Bowls and an intention setting with a Magnetic Mind Recode. This past weekend for October there was a Black Author’s Fair in the daytime and then the Sound Bath followed by Chair Massage from a Satya Yoga Cooperative Teacher. By the time we got to our intention setting I was so relaxed and light.
