I am very disappointed with wink beds. I ordered a luxury firm mattress after speaking with someone from wink beds telling them I am a stomach sleeper. I had been away a lot and when I had finally slept on it for 30 days with some back pain, I called less than two weeks after the trial period of 120 days ended asking if I could exchange it for a firm mattress. They said I was past my trial period( less than 2 weeks) and that I could buy another mattress for 1000$. I am disappointed that they would not work with me at all and I didn't want to pay for another mattress. I found the shipping was fast and the mattress seems good but was too soft for me as a stomach sleeper. I don't think I would use wink beds again mainly for their customer service.

I’m updating my review after setting up the mattress. There was no damage to the mattress and support was responsive to my inquiries. Inside the box, the mattress was wrapped in 2 vacuum-sealed layers of plastic film, protecting it, I still believe another method of stabilizing the mattress within the box should be found by the manufacturer, but all is well that ends well, in this case. Updating from 1 star to 4. Original Review: Have not opened the mattress yet, but it arrived in a box that was in bad shape. It also arrived before the base, meaning I can’t even use it yet. Will update my review if the mattress turns out to be ok (and after I hear from their support), but my current experience is not off to a good start.

I asked customer service if we could somehow change our financing, they were very supportive and provided a seamless process. We love the mattress too!

Overall my experience has been good. The frame was easy to assemble and my daughter likes the mattress. However, I was nervous when the boxes arrived looking a little rough. Also, the platform bed frame has several rips in the thin black fabric. This part won’t be seen but that isn’t the quality I was expecting.

This is the second Wink mattress we have ordered, this is for a guest room and I did the luxury one that's firmer. We ordered the soft one a few years ago and while I love it, I thought for a guest room I'd do an in between firmness. When I first ordered they delivered them not vacuum sealed and it took 3 attempts to get a mattress that was not soiled from shipping. Since they have perfected this shipping method, we decided to give them another try, and it showed us beautifully. It's a great value for the money.
