I cannot say enough good things about this business! I purchased a 35' rainbow parachute from them. They were quick to ship and it arrived exactly as described. It was clearly quality and well-made. We used it and (unfortunately), due to a small defect, it ripped. Given that this was a 300+ parachute I didn't expect them to replace it- but I reached out to see if they had recommendations on how to fix it. Their help was so prompt and caring. If I had lived closer they would have repaired my existing but instead they mailed me a brand new one! Sue, in particular, at customer service was amazing (calling, emailing, everything). Would buy from this company again in a heartbeat!

FALSE ADVERTISING: Ordered a Portable Tennis Net which was suppose to ship within 3 to 5 business days and after not receiving a shipping confirmation for a week, I was informed that this is an item that takes 2 to 3 weeks to manufacture and also that is not a portable item as it's build as 1 unit and need a freight truck to ship!! We were told several times the item would ship "this week" and finally they accepted they did not have the item ready and the order was cancelled. In addition to the misinformation on the product, my the customer service experience was deplorable. Diane who is there customer service representative was not apologetic at all or tried to present any solutions. The worst experience I have had buying something online.
