Cashier was super friendly and tried his hardest to help, needed to meet $500 limit In my total kept coming to $496. I asked if there was any online items I could possibly order that were cheaper that way I can meet that threshold instead of spending $35 just for the four dollar difference, the bald head manager didn’t even want to come and address me or assist in anyway I had to keep turning around to the back of the store to see what was going on, I’m sure there’s more items from that line of product. I could’ve bought online in addition to my items to meet that threshold, but since the manager didn’t wanna help, I had to go with the more expensive item.

I went there today instead of Lowe's ( which is much closer to my home). I am disappointed in the service. They weren't too friendly. They were pretty rude. They were not busy and had at least 3 employees that I noticed. I had to ask the young man that was working up front where an item is. He couldn't be bothered to come and show me. He only told me which aisle. I found what I wanted (I hope) because the people in the back never asked if I needed help, much less say nothing or even look my way. I asked the guy up front after my purchase hen the sales ad expired. He said "I don't know" 🙄

Came into the store about two weeks ago. I hardly went there because employees were rude and no help!! This time totally different. A lady working there went above and beyond. She was so helpful and nice. As long as she is there I will keep coming. Wish I knew her name

Only two employees working. The teenager at the front counter wasn’t clear on where to get the $90 dollar car key copy made. It’s literally the center of the store! Average prices. Shelves stocked to brim. The smell of oil, metal and all things “handyman” handy person? The worker at the Not Helpful kiosk was engaged with the customer before me. I put the timer on and sighed. Quickly finished and yup, addressed the man who came after me, while asking me what I wanted. Guilt crept in after my sarcasm and looking at him saying, “wow fast customer service” He looks at me as she fills out his return, of course he’s finished before me. I’m told that only a few people can do this key type. Actually, there was another teenager there, he tried to be helpful. Couldn’t do the key then and I have to make an appointment. The clerk said, my key will have to wait til she’s off of lunch, between 12 and 4, okay I’ll return at 1, after her lunch. What can one do? Ninety for a car key is better than a 300 dollar expense. Of course someone else would have been treated better and heck, even had the key made right then and there. Same ‘o, same ‘o.
