I hosted my wedding here. The venue was perfect for a 40 person event. Everybody complimented how beautiful or cute the venue was and all had an amazing time. With the outdoor spaces and the gorgeous wall paper, this is the ideal atmosphere for a romantic intimate wedding or event. The venue owner was extremely understanding, communicative, and responsive with all needs and questions I had. We all felt welcome and safe while attending the event. Thanks to the convenience of having a gas station across the street for any last minute shopping, the two bathrooms, and large parking lot availability this was a stress free day.

Work and Play Lounge thank you for hosting my daughter's sweet 16th birthday party 🎉! We had a great time! The space was perfect! All that's missing is a working stove but that didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves. The Chafing sets we brought made it that much easier for us to clean up and pack away when done! The fact that you have all the cleaning supplies needed and full access to the garbage receptacles was great too. You were available to answer questions when needed and we were able to gain access on time! I do recommend others to check this place out. Great location with parking in both back and front, secure gates and the landscape is nice 🙂! I look forward to working with you all again soon 💖 Thank you again!

Such a beautiful space! Attended an event here today for comcast, an amazing experience. This is a historic home, some 136 years old! They still have the original staircase inside that must be the most vertical staircase I’ve ever seen in life. The main ballroom area is hardwood floors, and so big that you can do so many different floorplans table speakers to your liking know your desires. The kitchen area, if you have a caterer or bartender has a ton of space. So many different rooms so spacious. I really enjoyed the purple pops of color throughout. The owner was willing to create these spaces that were requested. They were very professional and prompt with all of the requests being made. The caterer,which I believe was called, the sunshine project was delicious and served, chicken and waffles on a stick, buttered, garlic, shrimp, veggie egg rolls, and so many deserts. I believe that you can pay for catering along with ordering the space which I imagine is very convenient if you want to host an event here. Overall, this is a beautiful space with a garden and it’s a gazebo in the back, large wraparound deck, beautiful views, ton of parking, great hosts, and they provided amazing service the entire time , some many large spacious rooms to have different kinds of meetings or parties. Definitely an event he will not soon forget thank you to Margie and her team
