I came to WOW to celebrate my boyfriends birthday party and it was an overall great experience! I’ve been to a fair amount of karaoke places and this was one of the most luxe ones with AC, comfortable seats, large rooms with great drink and food options. On weekends you buy a bottle package which comes with a full bottle of liquor, beer and a fruit platter as well as two mixers - our group loved the fruit. The service was also great as they check in and are responsive to requests. The only things is that the YouTube functionality is a little glitchy though they have another Korean system which works much better but has a more limited song selection. Overall would come back
