I walked in expecting noodles and to run into Master Sensei but walked out questioning everything I thought I knew about geography and flavor. The salads? Bizarrely brilliant, like a kung fu fight of ginger, lime, and crunchy cabbage in your mouth. I’m 93% sure the taco I ate whispered ancient wisdom to me as I bit into it. If we lived locally, we would be regulars! We got a chicken bowl and a pork born and they were delicious! The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. Everything was fresh and flavorful.
