I recently went here because Element Skateboard brand is making Star Wars clothing and they're awesome! Zumiez always has really cool fashionable clothes and skateboards. Conner was the nicest and most helpful retail employee I've encountered. Even while the store was mobbed and he was restocking merchandise he immediately looked for the shoes I wanted in my size. When he realized they were out of stock in that size he pleasantly offered multiple other options and really went out of his way to make sure my needs were met. This location always has good inventory that’s why I gave 2 instead of 1 star. I asked 2 different store associates to pull a skate deck from the top of the wall for me to check out. They both said they’d help “in a sec”. I stood there waiting while they both were frantically restocking/folding clothes as they were closing soon. I waited for 5 minutes before both Zumiez Representatives completely forgot about me. Then I reluctantly Walked to the vans store and ended up spending over $200. If zumiez knew to treat the customer first they would’ve had my business and my money. I hate begging for service so when I need something I go elsewhere. I hope they can help me next time because the vans store has a terrible selection and I had to settle for something cheaper than what I ultimately wanted at Zumiez.
