360 Adventures was awesome! The 4 of us spent the entire day hiking and rappelling and wet canyoneering in the gorgeous Christopher Creek Canyon. We had 2 excellent guides from 360 Adventures, Josh and Davin. Yes it’s 110 degrees out here … but in the canyon it’s perfect and the water temp was in the low 60’s. Tested my anxiety and jumped off a few cliffs, got into a water hole and rappelled down and behind a waterfall. Definitely a memorable day. ☀️🪨❤️ thank you 360 Adventures !

I cannot express how wonderful the trip was with 360. We booked the Colors and Canyons tour. Our tour guide, Aldo, was nothing short of spectacular! He was funny, knowledgeable, and provided us an incredible excursion. He picked us up at our hotel with another family of three, and we spent a little over 12 hours together. It was absolutely incredible. We got to experience the Grand Canyon on foot first, then Aldo drove us to our helicopter tour of the canyon, which I highly recommend if you’re able to do it. There is nothing like experiencing the canyon like this! It was an out of body experience. We dined together at an amazing Mexican restaurant on the way back. Even the drive to and from our hotel was incredible. Aldo provided so many interesting facts and history tidbits the whole trip. Our pilot for the helicopter was also incredible, knowledgeable and gave us the ride of a lifetime. I cannot recommend this enough. Our experience was incredible. I’ll remember this forever. Thank you :)

Visited Phoenix/Scottsdale area this April and the service to get us set up for adventure was amazing. Help on the booking side was nice and the guides were amazing. We ended up doing the kayaking and repelling. I got some great pictures...just need to figure out how to share

I received a confirmation that my trip was booked. I had explained that I would be at a work conference with a limited time frame for a tour. Although they had my contact information to call or text me, they emailed me for payment info which frankly could have been handled when I booked the trip, but because I did not access my personal email on THEIR time frame, they emailed me right before the tour to tell me they were full and could I come the next day? Poor customer service! If the trip was filling up why not text me or call me to let me know so I could pay you? or better yet, give me the option pay you when I booked it? Lesson learned. Despite your claims of having a process you did not send a follow up email stating you would be contacting me about confirming the reservation or asking for payment. Your follow up email states YOU forgot to ask me on the phone about payment. Why didn’t you simply call me back? OR put a payment method on your site? Your email doesn’t even say “Please respond by” or you will cancel the reservation. I can only assume you are a disorganized start up with poor communication tactics.

My family took the desert mountain and lakes tour out of Scottdsale Airpark and loved it. While we're local to the area, this is a great activity for out-of-town guests and visitors. Even more fun for people who live here as you get to see your neighborhood and community at such a different perspective. 10/10 would recommend.
