Relying on this information, I traveled from Belleville, facing heavy traffic, to acquire the parts. However, upon arrival, a staff member informed me that they do not stock parts for zero-turn mowers, despite being a dealer. After I highlighted the discrepancy, he acknowledged the error and stated that he would remind his employees to provide accurate information. Unfortunately, this incident has resulted in my decision to take my business elsewhere.
