I called ahead to place a To Go order and it was ready 15 minutes later when I went to pick it up. I ordered the Big & Frisky Burger with a side of Taquitos. The burger was packed with 2 smashed ground beef patties with cheese and frisco sauce on toasted sourdough. The burger was so flavorful and boy was it big! The chorizo filled taquitos were fire. They were crispy on the outside and the filling was packed with flavor. Loved the avocado chile crema on top. I could eat those every day for the rest of my life and I’d be a happy camper. Can’t wait to come back and try even more of their menu items.

I went for the first time during March Madness. Food: I had Curly Fries and a Burger. Both were good. I would get them again. Drinks: I had a Spicy Peach Old Fashioned and it was GOOD! Service: The servers were nice and helpful with recommendations and suggestions. I had a pleasant experience. Atmosphere: It was moderate noise and got (understandably) louder as more popular games came on. I’d return and I do recommend it.

First time visiting almost home tavern and grill. I got the double smash burger, and my companion did also. We split a basket of the mixed french fries. First off the burgers were cooked to perfection!! We both enjoyed them immensely. Now the french fries. If I could do it again, I would have gotten a basket of just the curly fries. The crinkle fries are good, but the curly fries were amazing!! We went on a Tuesday afternoon around 5:30. And there was no cubs game in town, so the atmosphere and the bar were dead. There were only about three or four people in the bar. I'm sure, on game day. The atmosphere is very lively, but honestly, it was nice to have it quiet so we could talk and relax. Our server was good. Overall, I will definitely come back. Maybe next time, on a game day to see what the atmosphere is like.
