I couldn’t give one star because there are some wonderfully solid iconic pieces that I found here, and the employees themselves were very warm and welcoming. However, as someone who shops exclusively second hand, it is always such a huge red flag to me when a second-hand store begins to sell new clothes! When I’m looking through all the racks and continue to see the same article of clothing repeated over and over, it makes me less inclined to purchase the item, because I’m not here to buy things everyone else is going to have! I want the unique, thrifted, second hand clothes I signed up for!! But all in all a fun shopping experience!

When I say I had the best experience at this store today, I mean it! I approached the staff workers with a vague prompt ("cosmic cowboy") for my best friends wedding. All three of the employees immediately jumped into action to help me manifest my vision. Emily especially was my stylist Wizard and helped me find the absolute best outfit plus some alternative items to wear for the weekend coming up. I can get overwhelmed when shopping, so it was really nice to have such an amazing experience and their customer service is top-notch!! THANK YOU!!! 🌌🤠🫶

Sold this place probably $2,000+ worth of clothing. I chose a card for store credit that I misplaced -I called first and gave the dates/times I was there, then stopped in to talk to the manager who was really nice but never bothered to call back or follow up saying she was going to figure it out. Super weird vibe and business especially not having a system in place, or explaining that the card was the only form of payment. Not organized at all, despite having you fill out forms/documents. It's not about the money - more about the principle and lack of care for people.
