I have had great experiences previously, but was pretty unsatisfied with my most recent visit. after dropping off my two bags of clothes at 3:45, my clothes weren’t ready until 8:45 pm. (15 min before close). when i looked in the bin of stuff they were accepting, only half of it was mine. my clothes were dispersed through multiple bins that were labeled as other people’s. I brought it up and the two workers were SO kind and apologetic. They did their best to resolve the issue. After waiting and staying until close for them to sort my clothes which were in various bins belonging to other people, my grand total of money i received was much lower then the previous wrong amount. The clothes they accepted that were actually mine included a $120 pair of aritzia jeans, brand new converse, two edikted tops, and some brandy tops came out to me receiving $17. After going previously, i had an idea of what I was gonna make and it makes almost no sense to me how all of those came out to $17. The workers helping me out were great, but i was extremely unsatisfied about the amount of time I spent waiting for my items while I watched two of the three employees go on break while i had been waiting 4+ hours for my clothes, and over an hour and a half just browsing the store while waiting. I do not think I will be coming back but I will say the two girls helping me out are great at customer service!!

This is one of the worst stores I have been in. I was already judged before I walked in the store. The shorter heavier set black hair woman had no time for a man to be in a store like this. She has no idea of my story, but refused with hatred and disgust. All im asking for is to be equal in this world. I hope this review helps other with their decision, but for me if I have to travel to Denver or wherever I will be avoiding this store!

Maybe train staff to not be racially insensitive and/ or stand around an hour before closing, accept your items to sort, and then make you wait till 1 minute before closing to tell you they don’t want 1 item of 25? Three young girls stood there and talked about other sellers instead of actually doing their job. Would never go back.

I absolutely love this thrift store! They have an amazing selection of unique and high-quality items. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality definitely makes up for it. The staff was friendly, and I found some of the coolest stuff here. Overall, a great place to thrift—I’ll definitely be coming back!
