If I could give this store zero stars I would. You walk in and no one greets you. They just stand there and stare at you and motion you towards them. I worked retail. You don't do that. That's not how you greet a customer. They send you to sit on blocks and as I look around, there's not a single thing to sit on that has a back support so glad today was a good pain day. Why you have an appointment I don't know. We sat there for thirty minutes waiting on someone and finally someone asked if I was me. I said yes. She haughtily informs me I didn't need an appointment for a repair. The repair I tried to get the previous Monday that I first needed $100 for and then they couldn't repair it without leaving it overnight because they were too busy. I was assured it'd be done that night. But no. Anyway, so apparently you can't change your password if you're away from home which is bullshit. So I had to start the security delay. There's no way around this and I'm sure you can't turn it off. The employees themselves are incompetent. The one on Monday said it'd be $100. Today's said it was covered 100% by AppleCare. And that's the second employee we got today. The first one talked so fast I couldn't understand anything she said. They also do full on bullshit lectures complete with a microphone in the store while customers are there! This store is a sensory nightmare! In the future I'll battle the traffic and parking for The Domain and go there. Jesus this place sucks. I read a bunch of reviews and it's funny not a single one had a reply.

Recently had my macbook air serviced and factory reset. Although being reset i was still not able to sign in to it. Went in a seperate time to ask for some help (as I'm an Samsung person). Had briefly spoke to Dominic and was very helpful. I grabbed my macbook from my truck and came back and he was ready to assist. He went helped me log back in after a couple calls with my ex wife. He didn't hesitate super helpful and detailed. If I could give ten stars I definitely would! Super amazing and outgoing. Well spoken! As a Samsung person I would definitely come back for any assistance on apple products. Definitely satisfied.

Brady Wilson delivered one of the best Apple Store experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive, engaging, and completely dialed into what I needed. His product knowledge was outstanding he answered every question clearly and confidently, without ever making the conversation feel rushed or overwhelming. What stood out most was Brady’s ability to connect on a human level. He made me feel genuinely comfortable, valued, and heard. His positive attitude was infectious, and he carried himself with a calm confidence that instantly put me at ease. It’s rare to encounter someone so knowledgeable who also makes the experience feel this effortless and personal. Brady represented Apple’s values perfectly he took ownership of the interaction, showed genuine empathy, and created a seamless experience from start to finish. If every visit to the Apple Store felt like this, I’d come in more often just for the service. Give this man a raise.

I bought an iPhone and an Apple Watch.with Malcolm. The iPhone was charged to my debit card without any issues, but the Apple Watch payment was declined, so I paid for it using my credit card. I was told the Apple Watch would be delivered to my home on Friday. On Saturday, I received a text saying they couldn’t deliver it because the payment couldn’t be processed. I called Apple, and they told me to check with my bank. My bank confirmed that everything was fine and the payment should not have been declined. I tried again to pay with my credit card, but it kept getting rejected. After multiple attempts and calls where Apple couldn’t resolve the issue, I decided to cancel the order. Then, on Monday, I noticed that Apple ended up charging my debit card which I didn't authorized to use it on that Day whith out being informed the charged was made after I had canceled the order. I wasted tree ours with costumer support on the phone and they never resolve the problem I call again costumer support and they told me I have to wait 5 days until I get my money back Very frustrating experience
