Called the store earlier today with a simple question, but the woman who answered just said hello—no store name, no greeting, nothing. Usually, businesses have a professional way of answering the phone. I was polite (I’ve worked in customer service, so I get it), but I think her name is Cindy, she immediately dismissed me, talked over me, and tried to wrap up the call so fast that I had to say, “Oops, I wasn’t done talking.” That said, I do want to mention Maria, who has helped me a couple of times and is always super professional and courteous. She’s the kind of employee who makes a difference. This location has a huge selection of housewares, which definitely seems to be their specialty. The clothing, though, is another story. A lot of it is stained, and they don’t seem very selective about what goes out on the racks. Also, I’ve been here about five or six times, and every time, there are just people just hanging out in the aisles and chilling on the sofas, not really shopping, which kind of throws off the vibe. I’ve found some great things here, and I appreciate the variety, but the experience could definitely be better.

This ARC has a very large selection of products and services. The employees are very knowledgeable about the product's. There is a 50 percent off on pink tags today. The restrooms are clean and we'll lit. The fitting room's are open. It is a very fun and inexpensive way to spend some time. And during the heat a place to spend time in the cool store.

They have very affordable men’s clothes. I didn’t check the women’s. I needed some black pants for work and found some for $6 but half off that day (blue tag). There was a little wait at the counter, but I saw signs that they were hiring more workers. I looked at the furniture and it was pretty expensive. I needed a desk and they didn’t have any and the closest things to that were all over $25. They also had a wide selection of shoes, but not that good of options.
