Appointments only Was in and out 20mins each time for the initial and pick up. Get there 15mins early, the closest parking I found was probably a 2minute walk literally around the corner. There are other parking lots nearby probably cheaper, but this was the closest. It was $26.50 for 2 hours. Once you park you can pay later just need to download the app via QR code posted in parking deck. Once you put in your card info, when you leave the gate will open for you and charge you automatically. You can take the stairs down or the elevator. Stairs are very narrow and sketchy, ladies please be careful. Once you get to the agency, you will need to show your apt to security outside to get in. Once inside on the first floor they will verify you have all the correct documents. Then you will take the elevator to the 10th floor where they will do a screening. This is where they will actually do the application and pay. My total was $225 for same day, my apt was at 8:30 and was ready to pick up at 2 only because I opted for the text message when ready. Otherwise you can pick up standard 2:30-3:30 only. Once you return, you will show your receipt to security at the front door and go back to the 10th floor to get in line and pick up your passport.

I recently visited the Atlanta Passport Agency with my daughter to resolve our passport needs. To my surprise, in about four hours, all our issues were completely resolved, and both of us received our passports the same day. What impressed me the most was how the entire team worked together like one body, as if every staff member was part of a perfectly coordinated machine. Each person carried out their role with professionalism, dedication, and excellence. I want to give special thanks to the management for leading such an outstanding team. It takes true leadership to unite people in this way and to create such a high level of efficiency and service. I deeply appreciate the efforts of everyone at this office and wish the team continued success. You have earned my highest respect. Ali Abdullah

I had a 7:30 AM appointment - I arrived at 7:10 and there was already a line. Once inside a few minutes later, everything went smooth and very efficient. I submitted everything and out before 7:30 AM, my original appointment time! Because I had an urgent travel, they told me to come back at 2:30 PM, however, I opted it in to receive text messages if it’s ready earlier. They texted me at 9:30 AM to inform me that my passport was ready to pick up. Really appreciate their efficiency!

I had an emergency appointment at 8 AM Friday morning, I was processed and exited the building by 8:15 AM, and my replacement passport was ready for pick up exactly 3 hours later. The staff are extremely kind and courteous, and they added levity to one of the most stressful experiences of my adult life. Also, the tellers were funny and had impeccable style! Highly recommend this location if your passport is lost or stolen during your travels.

I was so nervous about getting my daughters’ passports so close to our planned trip. Once I arrived at my appointment, things were very organized and seamless! My appointment was at 8am and I was out the door at 8:32am! Tiffani (at the window) was so, so helpful and reassuring. I received a text at 10:54 reporting that the passports were ready for pickup, just as Tiffani explained. As long as you have an appointment, there’s no need to be nervous! The entire staff was great- right from Securiy Guard and the Greeter at the door, to the exit. Give them all a raise, especially Tiffani (from Charleston).
