Came here with a bunch of colleagues and we had the best time! About 20 of us crammed inside their biggest room (probably better for max 12 people if you all want to sit comfortable) but we were all dancing and having so much fun. The mic system was great and the iPad/tablet was super easy to use. Staff were super nice!

From the owners and managers who previously played in bands, to the bartenders who should be singing professionally, to the karaoke DJs who know all the bangin’ B-side hits, Baby Grand elevates the common karaoke experience to something that can only be described as extraordinary. If you are looking for a place to sing great songs and hear great songs sung, in an atmosphere that is inviting, encouraging, and fun, then you really only have one choice in New York City. I admit, I am somewhat of a karaoke enthusiast and have visited many different karaoke establishments around the New York City area, but I always come back to the best. Minus two stars due to the fact that the staff wanted to hold our credit card for the entirety of our room rental, (the room was already pre booked so don’t understand why this was necessary?) and when they gave us a “ten minutes left” warning, did not return the card to us. Also the bartender forgot to give my friend’s card back to her. Obviously a shared responsibility to get the cards back but seems suspicious that it happened with two cards. Staff could have been more helpful.
