They told us “you should pay for the drinks for making the reservation” and when we arrived to the place they told us also you have to pay per hour and you have to stay 2 hours??? thieves!!!!! We decided to leave the place because they weren’t honest and the employees didn’t help us about the situation, we didn’t want to stay there and we were forced to pay for the drinks and we left, terrible service

Super clean rooms with up to date technology - I can't emphasize how nice it is to be in a clean karaoke place. They also have karaoke score-keeping (how well you sang the song) for those who are looking for that kind of thing. The price for hourly karaoke is good and the staff are friendly. The one fault is the price of the drinks (honestly, I've seen worse prices, and everyone has to stay afloat somehow so I cannot blame them). Otherwise I can easily put Den Social as one of my go-to places from now on, mostly from the cleanliness alone!

Clean rooms, good song selection (didn’t have Latin American songs). FYI they charge 15% gratuity on karaoke which I was taken aback by as the only “service” we received was guidance to the room and an explanation of the remote.

I’ve been to many karaoke spots in NYC but Den Social is by far my favorite. The service is great , the employees are friendly and helpful. They have a large variety of songs to choose from. My group of 6 had an amazing time! We had a private room that was a great price. We weren’t pressured to order drinks or food like other places. 👍🏾 It’s such a gem 10/10 😁.
