Car bumper was scratched by employees. The people loading the furniture into my vehicle were pretty careless and rammed a metal sofa leg into my bumper (the guy was wearing a beanie who scratched my vehicle. There was no apology or even acknowledgement after I watched it happened in front of me. One of the employees(glasses) became defensive when I asked them what can be done about the damage and said there is not any proof that it was them who damaged my car and it’s “my word against theirs”. After talking to a female employee she offered a 30 dollar discount on the couch. I do appreciate that something was done about my car damage but the compensation isn’t even enough to cover repair material and time loss. This is very disappointing.
