Beware! If you have a family emergency and need to reschedule, Some people are able to use their credit for the next season and some are not allowed! Mixed procedures depending on who helps you. I’m out my money because I could not use it in June ( new season). Will find other performances and will not purchase again!

Purchased tickets since last year and unfortunately due to a family emergency I had to reschedule twice. The way that I was treated so nicely and with such understanding of the situation was so pleasant. Thank you so much to Stephen and Sarah for helping me ! I truly appreciate it and will continue to support Ballet Arizona !

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS TO THESE EVENTS! I purchased tickets to a ballet, using a 20% off promo code. The website did not apply the code I (correctly) inputted to the $300+ order. I called the box office IMMEDIATELY after this happened on the website, and STEVEN was much less than helpful, stating that he could do nothing about pricing once an order is in. I asked to speak to a manager, and he stated that he is the box office manager. I asked how he would feel in the same situation, and he said, "taking emotions out of it, the policy is the policy." As a business owner, I can say that your "policies" are TERRIBLE (if not illegal), and I will not be purchasing anything further from your company ever again. That is a pathetic way to conduct business. STEVEN, you should be ashamed of yourself for the way you treat customers (zero empathy), and for working for an organization that promotes this kind of treatment to customers.

Expect to get hundreds of emails a year about programs, fund raising, and events that have NOTHING to do with your subscription. They claim that you can "adjust your interests" but there is only subscribe or unsubscibe. These people don't care if they are harassing subscribers, they are just like "car salesmen"!

Tickets incur a $10 processing fee regardless of whether they are purchased online, by phone, or in person at the Box Office, which can add up for larger groups. The Box Office maintains vigilance against ticket reselling and may deactivate accounts suspected of such activity, emphasizing that tickets are intended strictly for personal use. Groups should also be aware of security measures, including a bag screening policy at venues, requiring early arrival to ensure a smooth entrance process.
