I recently had my wedding at the Baucom House in Raleigh, and I truly cannot put into words how perfect my everything was—it was exactly how I pictured my wedding day would look From the moment I stepped onto the property for our first tour, I knew this was the place.. The home and the grounds are stunning on its own, so we didn’t need to do much decorating—just a few personal touches and everything came together beautifully. On the day of the wedding, the bridal suite and the grooms suite were the so incredible, make up and hair were done in style! The house and grounds provided the most beautiful backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful and perfect the venue was. The flow of the house allowed for an intimate yet spacious experience. Afterwards, we had post dinner drinks on the patio with little fire pits. PLUS, they had a lovely bride/groom suite we could spend the night in on site! The team at the Baucom House was also an absolute dream to work with. They were responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. As a bride, that peace of mind is everything—and they delivered it in every way. The getting ready rooms were cozy, beautifully designed, and have gorgeous natural light which made for the sweetest, most flattering photos to start the day. The ceremony spot is framed by big oak trees that not only look amazing in photos but also provide soft light and shade, which guests definitely appreciated too.
