I got a pair of sure grip boardwalks from here after stopping by to talk about bont’s weird sizing haha. I absolutely love them! I also picked up some luminous quad wheels in canary yellow and some new bearings and they pressed the bearings into the wheels for me. I came back by to see if they had gold laces for my boardwalks (they did!) and they even pressed some bearings into some wheels I got somewhere else for me. (Probably because I asked so nicely. :)) Love this shop, they will continue to be my first stop for all of m roller skating related inquiries!

Long story short, the Beehive Skate Shop is the solution to all your skating needs. Aaron is an expert and extremely kind and patient and is willing to help in anyway he can with whatever problem you are trying to solve with skating. Be it you are brand new or having a specific issue with your skate, he is there to help. Denver couldn't ask for a better local skate shop! Long story long, I first stopped by the Beehive Skate Shop at the end of March. I told Aaron about my dream of cruising around cities on a pair of inlines after watching a bunch of Youtube videos of people doing just that. He shared my enthusiasm and was a wealth of knowledge in helping me choose the correct skate for my budget. He guided me in trying them on and what to look and feel for even though I had no idea what I was supposed to expect. I ended up with a pair of Rollerblade Lightnings. Fast forward a month and a half and I can't stop skating. I roll everyday and still am just as eager and excited as when I first purchased the skates. I got to the point where I had eaten through my wheels pretty good and wanted to replace them. So I stopped by Beehive Skate Shop again to inquire with Aaron about what I should do/get. I expressed some concerns I was having with stability on the skates and as well as what direction I thought I wanted to go with skating. (I am a little heavier and the 80mm wheels were a lot of work in some situations). Aaron talked me through it and recommended the Endless 90 frames as a solution. Well ladies and gentlemen, it has been life changing with these new frames and wheels. The increased wheel size and frame length have allowed me to be much more stable and I am not having to put so much energy into my strides it feels like. I am sure there is some part my technique is getting better as I progress, but the new frames and wheels have played a significant role in this change I am seeing. And the slight rocker of the Endless frames make it so playful and effortless to maneuver around. Long story long, the Beehive Skate shop is "The Bee's Knees" and Aaron is the man. He is the expert, as well as being super kind, patient and will walk and talk you through anything and everything involving skating. Your the best Aaron!!!!!!!!!

I brought my blades to the shop because the bolt on my frame kept coming loose. I’ve “fixed” it three times over the last 6 months, but it kept coming loose on a long skate or when I’d hit jumps. I became apprehensive to skate because I wasn’t sure if the bolt would come loose again. Finally, a fellow skater recommended I go into the shop to change out the bolt. Aaron was incredibly helpful! He tried a few different bolts that weren’t quite right, but his persistence yielded success. He took apart my whole boot and figured out a way to make it work! The bolt he replaced it with was secure and my blades were finally ready to ride safely again. Since my visit a couple weeks ago I’ve used my blades a bunch of times— indoor, outdoor, speed, aggressive— and they are holding up strong. My blades are 5+ years old and I thought I had to get a whole new pair, but Aaron just gave them another life! I’m sure grateful for this shop, otherwise I wouldn’t be back on my blades again! I highly recommend supporting this business!!!

STOP HERE AND READ: Are you looking for skates? Are you looking for 4 wheel or inline? Maybe aggressive? If so, this is your place. This shop is run by Aaron. Someone who I could've talked to for hours about skates but instead kept it at 45 minutes. If you have any questions, he will answer all of them easily and make sure you understand. He just wants everyone to enjoy skating as much as he does! Besides having excellent knowledge, he will pull every skate out of the box and make sure you get the right skates for your feet and needs! Aaron, thank you for answering all my questions and helping me find the skates that I will ride in forever!

Best skate shop in Colorado. The, I assume owner is super friendly and very knowledgeable. This is the only place I will get my skates and skate goods. Plenty of pads, helmets. All the wheels you could imagine. My favorite part is that they carry both quads and inline. Aggressive, fitness, large wheel in line, derby quads and traditional quads.
