Rented a suite with food and drink for family celebration. Great experience. Jessica Parker and Jessica Stedry were outstanding. Responsive and professional. Jacob in our suite was outstanding. Food and service were excellent. BUT..20% admin fee on already expensive food and drink is way too much. After admin fee, tax and tip we are taking about 50% increase to cost. Certainly takes away from the positive experience.
