The customer service was almost nonexistent. It was my first time at this location and no one greeted us. We were not sure if we were supposed to wait to be seated or if we were supposed to seat ourselves. We ended up seating ourselves and eventually an employee came from the bar to give us menus. There were several times that I had to go to the bar to get things I needed. While the service was very frustrating and disappointing the food made up for everything! The food was delicious. I had a great experience at Benchwarmer- Decatur. Cali was awesome. She continued to check on us. Dave ensured our food came out hot. We were on our lunch break and was in and out within our lunch time. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. Good music. I would give it more stars if I could.
