We recently attended a performance of our granddaughters playing here in the Berkeley High School band. The building is an excellent example of art deco architecture. The acoustics are prefect for a band performance. The interior could use some of updating; and, the seats have seen a lot of wear and tear from years of use.

We are rebuilding/renovating it right now. It is connected to Berkley High School and the theater inside is grand with the rest of the structure filled with great classroom and office spaces. The parking situation confuses me a little but I'm spoiled and just accustomed to parking closer.

Great facility, originally built as community performing arts center. School mostly uses it as overflow classroom space, offices and warehouse. Top of the line stagecraft program that led to immediate employment with local stagehands union has been scrapped in the interest of scrapping vocational education. 3500 seat performing arts center slated to be cut Don in size to make room for more classrooms.
