I did this as a Groupon, and had a pretty good experience. The instructors are amazing. The atmosphere is decent. I’m new to yoga and not completely sure of the etiquette, which I wished I was informed of. Some of the people who attend the classes are rude to new people. I asked a man if he could move his mat an inch over since the room was PACKED, I had nowhere else to go, he glared at me and said, “Oh, so I have to accommodate you?” Just beware of that. It really is an amazing workout and not for the faint of heart. Takes some getting used to, took me about 4 classes before I didn’t feel like I was going to faint. But THEN, unbeatable work out.
