A beautiful, well-curated museum that surprised me in the best way. The mix of classical, modern, and Latin American art feels fresh, thoughtful, and balanced. It’s not overwhelming, but it definitely makes you stop, look, and feel. The space itself is stunning—full of light, bold architecture, and immersive installations. Some rooms feel almost spiritual in how they’re arranged. If you’re in Austin and enjoy art, or just want a calm and inspiring place to wander, this museum is a total gem. Absolutely worth the visit.

We had an amazing time at this museum with our 7-year-old daughter! She's at an age where she's starting to appreciate art, and this was the perfect introduction. The exhibits were truly interesting and sparked so many questions from her. Overall, the museum was clean, scenic, and thoroughly enjoyable.

This art museum is incredible. The art pieces are beautiful, clean, and a fresh of breath air. They artists do an amazing job working your brain in understanding the more abstract pieces. The time pieces are done with such attention to detail and meticulousness, they are all very impressive. The ceramic work is also very beautiful. Without a doubt, you'll walk out of here mind blown. The creativity, the attention to detail, and the overall sophistication of the art pieces is on another level.

They obviously dont allow backpacks or large bags so they have free lockers for you to put away and keep your belongings safe. Super cool museum, lots to see! I was here about 3 hours and eavesdropping on some of the curators guiding groups and classes. The staff are very knowledgeable about all the art pieces and are happy to talk about it and answer questions :) don't miss the Greek sculptures and the little white house with stained glass! When the sun shines through and hits the ground inside it looks so cool 🤩 the gift shop has some cool finds that are reasonably priced too, like the shirts :)
