That's: - Mathematically wrong (April 21-May 21 = 30 days) - Completely unreasonable for an exchange request 4. Terrible customer service - The agent refused to escalate or offer any solution (store credit? supervisor review?). For a department store of your reputation, this lack of flexibility is shocking.
