Such an awesome treasure of a bookstore tucked away in Ann Arbor. We never leave empty handed. Booksweet curates collections of books to ensure representation of all people. Kid friendly books on diverse topics, the latest best sellers, science fiction, essays, plants, cookbooks, there's a little something for all of the standard sections. If you wander to the back, you'll find an amazing children's section. The books stretch out among the back corner, making it feel cozy and welcoming to kids of all ages. Wander through the front of the store, and you'll find an inclusive collection highlighting race, gender, and other topics. If you're looking for a gift for your favorite person, they have that as well. Locally made items, socks, stickers, sketchbooks, and more are tucked inside as well.

My daughter and I have a Payday Date Night and this last Friday we decided to go visit Booksweet. A charming book shoppe in our old neighborhood. We both bought a couple of books a piece and I got an amazing candle, while H bought me the cutest I love cats enamel pin. Great selection of books and gift items. Friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

This is an incredible store. The owners and all the staff are deeply kind, very helpful, and committed to community building. They have lots of events for all ages and sell books at community events. They also will order you just about any book on the face of the earth, and they ship anywhere in the world. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
