I tried my first B-Cycle on Earth Day weekend. I chose an e-bike at Alpine and Community Plaza. I rode early in the morning around NoBo Park to get the hang of it, up 9th and down to 28th and Arapaho on Boulder Creek Path. I locked up at Safeway, shopped for a jug of milk, unlocked the bike with my phone, and rode back to the docking station on Alpine with my milk in the basket. The pedal assist made the trip effortless and exciting for a 68 yr old lady with COPD. Can't say enough about how wonderful this program is. Use your phone app and save your air - I rode 8 miles and off-set 7.6 carbon lbs. Plus, I burned over 350 calories! Just do it Boulder!
