I am so happy we chose to have our wedding at Wedgewood Boulder Creek, it was truly the best day of my life! From the very beginning, the Wedgewood team was such a pleasure to work with. They were quick to respond to any questions, excellent communicators, and always willing to help bring my ideas to life. They truly went above and beyond to make the day perfect. One of the things I loved most about Wedgewood is how customizable their packages are. We were able to pick and choose the elements that mattered most to us, which helped us stay within budget while still making the day feel like our day! While I did a lot of my own design and DIY projects for the wedding, it was a huge relief knowing that the Wedgewood team handled all the setup and tear-down. Having that peace of mind helped so much during the whole planning process. Our day of coordinator, Katie, was absolutely incredible. Not only was she sweet and kind, but she was also an excellent communicator who kept everything on track and running smoothly. I felt so supported knowing she was there. Beautiful outside space for weddings next to the creek. Indoor event space felt a bit disjointed. No seating in the "circle room" that was used for dancing meant there was little interaction. Overall more seating is needed in all spaces. Bridal suite needs lights over the makeup mirrors. Bathroom off suite is 3 small stalls which is hard to maneuver when getting dressed into a gown. Day of wedding planner, Katie, was on-point, professional, and incredibly helpful. In fact all staff were friendly and made the day wonderful.

We had the most magical wedding here this past January. The snow was coming down pretty hard the day of but that didn't stop us from getting married down by the creek, as the day of coordinator was all for the snow which helped make my decision to go outside. I was thankful she was supportive of my wishes of being married outside. They ensured all my guests had umbrellas and that the maintenance had shoveled the walkways and wiped the chairs down for my guest right when they were coming down. The coordinator was wonderful throughout the whole planning process, but the day of the wedding, I thought they could have done better as the day felt extremely chaotic. (The snow tends to have that effect on people) I arrived at the venue at 1:00 p.m and the decorations were not set up and then it was nearing ceremony time 15 minutes till 3pm (ceremony time) to be exact and the decorations were still not fully out. And the crates I had brought the decorations in were still sitting around and my guests were already there enjoying our hot chocolate bar. I have pictures with my first look with the boxes I brought my decorations in the background. And some of the decor I brought wasn't even used which was disappointing. My husband's memorial photos of his family weren't all out, very upsetting. I'm not too sure what happened that morning before my wedding with the planners but they didn't appear ready for our day. However, the banquet coordinator Jensen was wonderful. She did her very best to keep on track with the event timeline and helped me with my very difficult bussel on my dress. She helped ease my night so much. My only complaint is we had a buffet but all my guests were only able to go through one time before the food was taken away. The food tasted SOO INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend the Chicken cordon bleu and prime rib. I would have loved to over indulge that buffet was very full from my first plate. At the end of the day there were a couple hiccups but I really am so happy with what was out for my decor and the venue was absolutely stunning! The team did good for the most part. Overall, I would recommend having a wedding here. When I brought these concerns to the manager the day after my wedding, they genuinely expressed their deepest apologies for how some things went array and they made things right with us by sending a $100 gift card for a date night and reimbursing us a significant amount. They are genuinely a wonderful staff and wish I could do it all again with the Boulder Creek team.
