The leasing office was always very accommodating and easy to work with. The maintenance crew was always quick to respond to and resolve any issues. The pool and gym were well maintained and very convenient. My favorite part about Boulevard was the location. The neighborhood is quiet with easy walking access to the river, hike and bike trail, many restaurants, and the HEB.
