I haven’t bought a bike here(yet) but the service department here in second to none! I’ve brought my Canyon bike in many times for all kinds of maintenance and they’ve taken great care of me and my bike every time! The staff at Trek in North Austin are all absolutely amazing. Talk about putting the customer at the center of your business. We recently bought 2 eMTBs here and Tristan, Dino and Logan all makes the whole process enjoyable and easy. We came here a lot when it was Bicycle Sports shop and was worried when Trek took over. I’ve been here to get my sons byke repaired for the elongated chain and tyre play….its those places where you wont be scammed for un-necessary relacements… Mr. Kelly was more than helpful….fixed it in just 10 mins while i was offered some sparkling water in the resting area. best part they dint even charged me saying sir its just a chain i had to put it back in place & tighten few things, even upon insisting to take money kelly said its fine. 5 star experience really….u find people like kelly very rare….kudos to the rest of the staff aswell for thier politeness. Overall wonderful experience.
