The girl came back with a snobby face and said, “Yeah, but you STILL need to line up for it.” Where was that assumption coming from??? Did I ask to skip the line??? We’re both Asian, was this the reason she felt a bit too comfortable to make that assumption? Needs more proper training, at least stop projecting.

Customer service is terrible i’ve been there multiple times and never had a bad experience until my recent visit. The workers were staring and whispering amongst themselves and then accused my friend of stealing just because she opened her bag to put her phone in there.
